Pawan Bhalla will get his ladylove Pooja Badlani only if he fulfills one condition of her father -purchasing a flat in Mumbai. Whilst he finds completely impossible to afford the high priced apartments in the city, he decides to take the help of his rich and flirty friend Lovely Khanna. He asks Lovely to transfer the second flat he owns in his name but there is one glitch, Lovely has been using the flat for a hell lot of his activities which includes gambling and call girls. However, it proves to be a beneficial move when Lovely's brother-in-law's family comes to town to stay with him. On the other hand Pawan who faces several troubles due to Lovely's habits including a call girl showing up at his door step for her services, has to deal with such complicated situations on a day to day basis.
